Meditation involves focusing the mind and promoting mindfulness and awareness, which can be achieved through practices such as mindfulness meditation, transcendental meditation, and yoga. Both practices have been shown to have numerous benefits for physical and mental health, including reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, boosting mood and concentration, and strengthening the immune system.
